Laguz: Lets get wet
The world spins and we move.
Laguz energy is coming through in the sun codes right now.
This energy is a great one to get stuff moving or to slide through blockages. Not push them out of the way, more find the gaps and slide through. Like water through sand.
Laguz energy is a powerful one, as it is also the energy of life. We can do three minutes without air, three days without water and three weeks without shelter, and three months without food. Laguz provides the second of those. The first is covered by Ansuz that is a different story.
Laguz is the essence of life in the runic Furthark. And this energy is reflected in how to use this energy.
There is a concept called Hoʻoponopono that comes from Hawaii and has since been distilled by modern practioners. Dr. Masuru Emoto a Japanese scientist came up with some awesome theories about the crystal structure of water.
In essence. Water remembers. So your task this week is to whisper your personal affirmation’s into your water bottle for 30 seconds after you fill it up.
If you are like us and have a big tank that filters our drinking water you can set up a speaker that plays music into the water. We tend to have chants on repeat playing into the water. As the good vibes that the water pick up on is great.
So. You can do both, wisper affermations into your water bottle. Like:
I am powerful,
I am beautiful.
I am abundant.
I am healthy.
I am radiant.
Or your choice of words.
And / or
Play music that is full of the energy that you want in your life into your water cistern or pipes. The pipe one… that may sound super weird!
So, go give it a go.
This also works for positive stickers, or affirmations written on your bottle. But not as potently. Geometric designs like Runes, or other spiritual signals work too. I’ve got rune stickers on my water bottle. I do runes.
Geometic designs to look for may be:
The venus rose path,
vesica piscis
the merkaba
or another symbol that fills you up.
Crucifix
Shree Yantra
The Khandra
Omm
I have Laguz, Wunjo, Uruz Ansuz Mannaz and Ingwaz on my bottle.
Go forth, whisper, decorate, chant and sticker!
Here is your play list for Laguz.
