Here is bind rune to help you connect to spirt guides.

You can draw it out on some paper or card, or if you are feeling flash wood or stone.

You activate it by intentionally transcribing it on to its new home.

Put it somewhere you see it often.

How it works is to help you bring your attention to your spiritguides as they come through.

I’d suggest when you feel/see/find the same creature three times over a weirdly short period of time.

THis can be in dreams, media, or in real life. Sitting watching an animal planet documentry on wolves does not count. Its more a seeing the creature in places you’d not expect to find them. Like on the side of van, or sitting in your garden, or turn the tv on in the morning and there is programme playing that and your guide is there.

You’ll know it when it happens. Trust yourself.
